Refund & Cancellation Policy

​​At Booch Beverages Pvt Ltd, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in manufacturing, packing, and shipping our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of product damage during transit, we take full responsibility and will provide a replacement as soon as possible.

Boohz Replacement Policy

If your order is damaged or incomplete, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Boohz within 3 days of delivery via email at flysober@boochbeverages.com.

  2. Include your order number and attach an image of the invoice.

  3. If the product is damaged, attach a photo of the damaged box.

  4. If your order is incomplete, provide a description of the missing items.

We will review your request at the earliest and, once approved, ship the replacement bottles immediately.

Boohz Refund & Cancellation Policy​

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch via our website.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • Upon cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
