Booch Beverages Pvt Ltd (“Boohz”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit www.boohz.com, place an order or communicate with us.

Depending on how you use the Website, we may collect:

2. Payment information

Payments are handled by third-party payment service providers. Boohz does not directly store complete credit-card, debit-card, UPI or banking credentials. Payment providers process information under their own privacy terms and applicable law.

  • process, fulfill, deliver and manage orders;

  • process payments, cancellations, replacements and refunds;

  • send order confirmations, payment information, shipping and delivery updates, and respond to customer-service inquiries;

  • maintain business, tax and transaction records; and

  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

4. Order and service communications

We may use the email address and phone number you provide for transactional and customer-service communications relating to your order or account. These may be sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp, where applicable. We currently do not use order contact information for email or WhatsApp marketing or retargeting unless you separately choose to receive such communications. If our marketing practices change, we will use an appropriate opt-in or other lawful mechanism and update this policy as needed.

5. Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website, including pages visited, interactions, device and browser information, approximate location and traffic sources. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze this information. It helps us measure Website performance and improve products and customer experience.
