Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains when an order may be canceled and how approved refunds are processed. For problems with products received, please see the Return & Replacement Policy.
1. Canceling an order
You may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched. Use the cancellation option on the Website, where available, or email nohangover@boohz.com with your order number. Once dispatched, an order cannot ordinarily be canceled; delivery issues are handled under the Shipping Policy and product issues under the Return & Replacement Policy.
2. Refunds for canceled orders
If a prepaid order is successfully canceled before dispatch, the amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method. We will initiate an approved refund within 7 working days. Your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider may require additional time to credit the amount.
3. Orders canceled by Boohz
We may cancel an order where we cannot fulfill it, including because of product unavailability, unsuccessful payment, genuine pricing or listing error, delivery limitations, suspected fraud or another legitimate operational or legal reason. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
4. Refunds relating to delivered products
If an order is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, follow the Return & Replacement Policy. Where an approved replacement cannot reasonably be provided, we may refund the amount paid for the affected product or item. Any shipping-charge adjustment will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
5. Refund status and failed credits
If an approved refund is not reflected after the time stated by your payment provider, contact us with the order number and available payment reference. We may need reasonable information to trace the transaction.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.
