BOOHZ contains less than half the calories and sugar of most soft drinks and fruit juices. With just 17 kcal per 100 ml, it qualifies as a low-calorie drink under FSSAI regulations.
"No Added Sugar" doesn't always mean low sugar. Many drinks with this claim still contain significant amounts of naturally occurring sugars from ingredients such as fruit juice. These sugars have the same calories as added sugar. BOOHZ is designed to be low in both sugar and calories.

Each can of BOOHZ contains 50 mg of L-theanine. L-theanine is Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by the U.S. FDA and does not have an established upper intake limit. However, Indian guidelines recommend a maximum intake of 200 mg per day. We therefore recommend consuming no more than four cans of BOOHZ per day.
